Okay, so today's blog is not an update... I ended up out and about a lot today, so I didn't actually get anything on the baby shrug done. However, I have some pics of an old blanket that I made a year or two ago.

This was my own design. It's just a basic single crochet for the whole back, and then crocheting the flowers and sewing it on.  I really enjoy making blankets like this. It's really only bound by technical knowledge and visualization. If you remember my post with the little car motif, I talked about doing a roadway with cars on them.  This is the sort of thing that I was thinking. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this tangent post.
